I was extremely nervous to have my IUD Implant since I had never gotten it before/other trauma. But my doctors, all of them, were so kind and made me feel so comfortable! Highly recommend! They deserve all the praise! :)

Dr Marguerite Doctor is AMAZING !!

Let’s start from the top so when I entered there was no one in the front desk so I waited about 5 min then notice that there was a QR code that needed to be filled out ( please keep in mind that I have already filled out the paperwork over night before my appointment) I had to fill in some additional info plus the same information as the night before. For new patients I think it’s import to be informed that we have to complete that QR code. There was a women who got there before me and was waiting for like 20 min before she even noticed the sign and that’s only because she saw me scanning the photo, I was seen before her because I finished the paperwork before her.
The wait time was only about a min which was awesome! But when getting the sonogram my husband felt unseen I was congratulated multiple time and nothing was said to him making him feel uncomfortable and unseen (that is not a good feeling) he immediately was like I don’t like this place we never experienced this in our other clinics (we where in NY for our other 2 pregnancies) the lady who did my sonogram was sweet kind and gental but my husband did not feel like he was seen. Even the nurses they did not seem happy upbeat and seemed to be just another day for them. For new moms and moms who are starting the journey over again we would like to feel that happiness and good vibes from the staff. Now after all that we finally met ELLEN

Dr. Doctor was an absolute pleasure! She made the whole experience as pleasant as it could be. I was able to get all my questions answered and didn’t feel rushed at all. 10/10 overall experience and I’ll definitely see her in the future.

The office staff was friendly and efficient. My wait time was minimal. Dr. Doctor took time to talk to me and make me feel comfortable. She was slow and gentle, describing everything as the exam progressed. I felt respected and heard. I highly recommend this practice.
